At HRD Integrated Services, we are confident that the training and assessment we provide are top-notch. We believe our practices will withstand the most exacting scrutiny, and we value transparency in our reporting.
Like other registered training organisations, HRD is subject to stringent VET quality system regulatory requirements. This includes auditing our compliance with the Standards for RTOs 2015 and collecting performance data through surveys of our learners and employer clients.
HRD takes its responsibility to conduct training and assessment in an ethical and transparent manner very seriously. To keep clients and learners well informed, we provide access to audit reports and satisfaction data gathered as part of our VET quality framework obligations.

2021 Audit
The annual quality indicators reports are based on a survey of learners enrolled with HRD in the preceding calendar year and a sample of the employers of those learners. Each sample was selected randomly and is representative of HRD’s accredited training delivery in each calendar year from 2010 to 2022.
