This training covers the skills for:
a) Working as a HV Signals Recipient to hold access permits on signals HV assets
b) Rescue a victim from a live LV panel
Attendees also need to have a current: First Aid Certificate (3 yearly) + a CPR certificate (annual)
The training complies with:
1) the requirements of the ESV Traction Electrical Safety (High Voltage Rules)(orange book)
2) MTM HV + V/Line Electrical Safety Manual
