HRD – Quality training and assessment
At HRD Integrated Services we’re confident that the training and assessment we provide is top-notch and will withstand the most exacting scrutiny.
Like other registered training organisations, HRD is subject to some stringent VET regulatory requirements. Like all other RTO’s, HRD is required to undergo audit of its compliance with these standards. We’re also obliged to collect performance data by surveying our learners and employer clients.
We take seriously our responsibility to operate in an ethical and transparent manner. To ensure clients and learners are well informed, HRD provides access to audit reports and satisfaction data gathered as part of the RTO’s VET obligations.

The annual quality indicators reports are based on a survey of learners enrolled with HRD in the preceding calendar year and a sample of the employers of those learners. Each sample was selected randomly and is representative of HRD’s training delivery in each calendar year from 2010 to 2017.
