There aren’t many dedicated rail Registered Training Organisations, particularly with a depth of experience and a commitment to delivering high quality training and robust assessment.
HRD is acknowledged as an authoritative voice on matters relating to nationally recognised rail signalling qualifications.
Phil Nankervis is active as a member of the Rail Signalling Technical Advisory Committee of the Industry Skills Council responsible for rail signalling qualifications.
Phil was also involved in the development of the UEE41211 Certificate IV in Electrical–Rail Signalling and in the development of a draft Diploma qualification.
Phil’s respected input contributes to HRD’s strategic VET role and maintains HRD’s involvement in rail’s VET connection.
