The RS0005 Level Crossing systems module is a 5 day course covering the following level crossing types:
- Relay operated – single line and double line
- Boom barriers
- Pedestrian gates
- GCP/HXP typical configuration
- maintenance and fault finding
This RS0006 module covers: the basis system architecture + theory of operation + electrical circuits + system maintenance + system diagnostics and fault recovery.
This module is suitable for the following people:
- Apprentices and electricians enrolled in a Cert IV of Rail Signalling
- Graduates who require indepth knowledge on level crossing protection systems
